June 21 - 24, 2007 - Youth Art Conference At Infinity Farm
From June 21st – 24th, there will be a youth conference where one will have the opportunity to experience and learn about different realms of art. All interested are welcome. We will be approaching the arts as they can be understood through anthroposophy, and we will be asking what place the arts have in humanity and in the world, what mystery and meaning each particular art form harbors. It is not necessary to be an artist or even to have experience with art to attend. Most of our time will be spent in workshops on singing, painting, sculpting, acting and eurythmy. There will also be lectures and performances.

The conference will take place on Infinity Farm in Cedar Grove, NC. Infinity Farm is a beautiful biodynamic farm which will provide not only fields where we will be camping and lakes which will cool and refresh us, but also truly wholesome food. We will be spending some time working on this farm and we will be sharing the responsibilities of cooking and cleaning up.

Our meetings will take place in a very large tent and parts of a barn and on the 24th, it will be possible to join a local celebration of St John’s Tide on the farm.

Sunday, June 24, 2007 - St. John's Tide
Festival Celebration and Potluck at Infinity Farm
